Nashik has seen extraordinary growth in the last decade owing to Agriculture, Manufacturing, Education, Infrastructure. Tourism and Wine Industry. Due to quality education„ manufacturing industries and heath infrastructure, a huge demand in real estate has been created due to migration of a large number of people from north Maharashtra.
During Covid19 pandemic, there were many challenges which the industry was facing, but second half of 2021 has been much better with increased demand, and I am confident that with consistent effort and focused action we shall overcome the challenges and rise as an industry. RERA is a blessing, it has begun to streamline our industry. An organized, disciplined working system is the answer to any issues that the industry maybe facing today, so we have been focusing on skilling of our staff and on-site labours through skill development and training initiatives.
Nashik is witnessing a major Infrastructure boost in the form of new National highways namely, Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg and the Surat-Chennai Expressway. Nashik is being connected to Nagpur and Mumbai through the Mumbai-Nagpur Bullet Train, the Nashik Metro Neo for ease of intra-city travel, Nashik-Pune Highspeed Railway. Mumbai Nashik Local train and Air Connectivity to major cities across India like Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Goa, Pune amongst others. This is going to transform Nashik into a major trade and logistics hub. We have undertaken various initiatives for Image building of the Real Estate Industry through more public engagement and awareness.
