INTRODUCING

National Real Estate Development Council

NAREDCO, established in 1998 under the auspices of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, is the preeminent industry association for the real estate sector in India. NAREDCO NASHIK, an association of Builders and Developers in Nashik City, was inaugurated by the National President of NAREDCO, Mr. Niranjan Hiranandani, on 6th July 2018. Since then, it has grown to include 150 members dedicated to the construction and development of real estate in Nashik, comprising over 70% of the organized real estate sector in the city. Members of NAREDCO NASHIK adhere to a Code of Conduct that ensures transparency. The association features Expert Committees for Taxation, Finance, Labour Welfare, Exhibition, and Website, and includes industry professionals such as Advocates, Architects, and Chartered Accountants on its Advisory Board. NAREDCO NASHIK actively collaborates with government bodies, urban local bodies, and semi-government agencies, playing a proactive role in policy formation. Since its inception, NAREDCO NASHIK has been proactive in understanding the needs of buyers and aims to be a driving force in shaping Nashik's real estate industry. It strives to advocate for the development of standards that promote efficient, effective, and ethical business practices in the real estate sector, valued by all stakeholders for their contributions to overall success.
